The Powder J'adore...

Nars Light Reflecting Setting Powder in Translucent Crystal

This has had been tried and tested for around 5 months and looks pretty well loved (apologies) but it is! I had always been a huge fan of MAC’s Studio Fix powder foundation for touch ups and on me it never looked cakey, I was going to purchase the MSF powder as I wanted something to mattify naturally and not add any coverage. En route to the MAC counter the NARS drew me in, needless to say I didn't make it to MAC and my bank account was considerably worse off.
The main reason I love this powder is that it doesn't disturb your makeup, it makes no difference to your base it just adds a natural glow but takes anyway any greasy shine, it’s not a heavy matte it’s just right.
On appearance the powder almost looks a tad glittery but this does not translate to the face at all. It is very silky and has know white residue that I can notice however I do have an English rose (polite term for ghost like) complexion so can’t really comment on other skin tones.

I have just about hit pan and thought it was about time to sing its praises. I am confident this will be re purchase and along with the Nars Sheer Glow they are a match made in make up heaven. I use this to set my t-zone in the morning and throughout the day to zap away that not so attractive oiliness that my forehead seems to enjoy.
Bottom line is I can't be without this sleek French poudre. End of.
